Reference Number 0000372192 The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Maintenance Contract for Carpentry Work for Various City Owned Buildings, City of Albany, New York All work is to be completed by on or before December 31, 2026 (One Year and Nine (9) months Contract with an option to extend for three (3) additional one year periods). The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. All bids must be accompanied by a City of Albany Minority Participation Plan and/or Minority Participation Waiver. If the Minority Participation documents are not submitted with the bid, the bid may be deemed incomplete and may not be considered.
