Airport Landscape Maintenance The City of Santa Barbara, Airport Department is seeking a landscape maintenance provider to maintain specific locations at the Airport. The City of Santa Barbara has adopted an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Strategy, and the successful offeror must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IPM and green gardening concepts. Landscape present at the sites to be maintained is highly variable. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.
