WWTP Waste Activated Sludge Pump Replacement The proposed work includes the removal and replacement of a waste activated sludge pump and appurtenances at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with the Contract Documents in Geneva, Illinois, for the WWTP WASTE ACTIVATED SLUDGE PUMP REPLACEMENT. All BIDS shall be submitted on the forms provided, and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of their bid amount made out to the City of Geneva, Illinois. All persons working on this project shall be paid no less than current prevailing wages stipulated by the Illinois Department of Labor in the County of Kane and/or as determined by a Court of Law having jurisdiction. The City of Geneva, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. Bidders may withdraw their proposal if a request is made in writing or in person before the date and time specified for the opening of the proposals.
