sealed bids will be received for the following: Steel, Structural Materials Sealed Bids must be delivered before the due date & time either: 1.by hand or by commercial carrier (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc.) to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, 6th Floor, Everett, Washington 98201, or 2.by mail to the attention of the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, MS 507, Everett, WA 98201. Note: Hand delivered submittals will not be accepted at any County location other than the County Purchasing Division (or as described above). Snohomish County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
