Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 9,865-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will construct a new 9,600 S.F. wood framed road salt storage facility at the Waukesha County Highway Operations site. Work will include demolition of the former salt dome foundations, new cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation walls, pre engineered treated wood salt storage structure, steel bollards, coiling door, fiberglass man door, metal roofing, electrical, site grading, and pavement.
