This Request for Proposals ("the RFP") issued by BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Scheduled Inspections and Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Emergency Generator Systems and Infrastructure for various BC Housing directly managed locations in the Lower Mainland of BC. BC Housing has two (2) equipment lists, Equipment List A and Equipment List B. Appendix D - Scope of Work defines work included and work excluded specific to Equipment List A, and Equipment List B. Proponents must be able to service all equipment at all locations included in Equipment List A, and Equipment List B. Equipment List A includes equipment and infrastructure located at BC Housing Directly Managed sites and Group Homes in the Lower Mainland of BC. Equipment List B includes equipment and infrastructure located at Coquitlam, BC. Deadline for Questions January 21, 2025 Deadline for Issuing Addenda January 23, 2025
