FY25 Local Bottleneck Reduction Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be received by the Q&A section of the portal in the correct project file. 5% Bid Bond required. Successful bidder required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 100%. Liquidated Damages apply. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. Prevailing Wages required. OSHA certification required. MBE/WBE 10.4% required. Construction for the project with an estimated value of $1,805,636.50 is required. Only Prequalified or officially waived Contractors may submit bids. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town
