All Materials and Procedures Shall Be in Accordance With the Nd dot July 2024 Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, and All Supplemental Material. bid Packets Shall Consist of One Envelope (Plainly Marked as Project No. Sfp-0002(25) 236 Th Street Se Half mile South of Lincoln Road Box Culvert Improvements on the Outside), Place the Bid on the County's Bid form Within the Envelope. A Bidder's Bond Will Not Be Required of All Bidders. Instead, the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Post A performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of Their Bid Immediately After Award of the Bid. The Purpose of The bond is to Assure That the Bidder Will Honor Their Unit Price Commitment for the Specified Time Period. Should A bidder Default on Their Contract, the Burleigh County Board of Commissioners Will Retain the Amount of Bond As liquidated Damages. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids; to Waive Technicalities or to Accept Such as May Be determined to Be in the Best Interest of the County.
