The work includes, but is not limited to: Renovations including miscellaneous interior removals, office fit-out, restroom fixture replacement, window and door replacement. 5. Contract 05 - Hazardous Material For Contract 05 Hazardous Material - The Project schedule anticipates an approximate start date of January 28, 2025 and shall be Completed by February 16, 2025 for Owner Occupancy. The Contractor(s)' surety, if any, shall be assessed liquidated damages for late completion. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Question Deadline 01/24/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing to the ARCHITECT, at the above address, or via email to n.lobosco@ctmale.com. Addendum will be issued to all Bidders who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents by no later than Monday, January 27, 2025. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Montgomery County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
