Construction of a Gateway Feature Monument to be located in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch. Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Deadline for written questions to be sent to choelscher@fairoaksranchtx.org The City is currently seeking a contractor to construct a Gateway Feature Monument in the City. The monument will be located at the intersection of Fair Oaks Parkway and Leslie Pfeiffer Drive and will be a visually striking entryway to announce travelers' arrival to the City. The monument will consist of masonry, decorative signage, metal beams and an arched metal element. It will also include stone columns, electrical components, lighting a concrete header curb, and landscaping. The project timeline is 120 days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed, to include time for delivery of materials. Full specifications and details can be found in Exhibit A "Construction Documents". The selected contractor will be required to execute the City's Standard Construction Agreement, included at online along with all other bidding documents. Provide references for subcontractors to be used. Any changes to subcontractors will require approval of City and is not guaranteed. o Tab 2 - Project Approach: Describe your technical plan and timeline for accomplishing the scope of services, including at a minimum: o Submit a plan and timeline for the Project.
