Description of the Project: The Work of this Contract involves the replacement of boilers, programming, controls, and other equipment at the Natural Resource Research Center Building B (NRRC B) per the drawing set included in Appendix D3. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State. 2. Project scope of work includes but is not limited to: all HVAC, plumbing, piping and controls and programming. Includes roof repairs associated with exhaust fan work. Includes supply and installation of new boilers, new shot feeder, new coupon rack, new magnetic filter, new hydronic unit heater, and exhaust fan.
