Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: From Date of Award Project Timeline: The contract term will be for a one (1) year period. Withdrawal of Bids: bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) calendar days afterthe actual time and date ofthe bid opening thereof. *The City reserves the right to cancel this ITB, award on the basis of cost alone, accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part. The City further reserves the right to waive as an informality any irregularities contained in any bid not affecting substantial rights that may be in the City's best interest. Bid Submissions: All bids must be submitted in duplicate, placed in a sealed envelope and identified with the following information: "Hot Mix Asphalt, Bid No. 6295." Bids must be prepared using the provided bid forms. All forms must be typed or printed and then signed and dated in ink.
