York University seeks a qulaified Bidder to complete elevator modernizations at the Ross Building and Calumet College on the Keele Campus. York will only consider Bid submissions received from Bidders who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Bid submissions from Bidders who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified. Include for the provision of 50% Labor and Material Bond and 50% Performance Bond with bid submission. Should the Bond not be required by York it will deducted from the Stipulated Lump Sum.
