As of February 27, 2025, a design firm is still begin selected. Construction will not begin for another 9-12 months. One-Two Sentences DeLoach Hall, a two-story building built in 1969 with approximately 40,000 SF. A renovation of the existing building is anticipated to improve mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; increase accessibility; replace windows and exterior doors; replace roofing; and repair interior surface finishes. Project Budget $12,150,000 In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina
