Replacement Discharge Valve and Actuator Scope By submitting a BID (RFQ) or proposal, the Bidder or Respondent agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the purchase order. These terms and conditions shall prevail unless otherwise modified by MLGW. Bidding Bidders and respondents should read the specifications carefully. If you can supply the item(s) or service(s) requested, fill out the inquiry form or proposal section of your bid (RFQ) information. The entire bid (RFQ) document you receive will be incorporated as part of your bid (RFQ) to MLGW. Before submitting your completed bids, please verify your quotations because a bidder may not modify a bid (RFQ) after submission and must submit pricing valid for 21 days. Bidders who wish to bid (RFQ) an alternate to MLGWs requested specifications must give complete specifications, catalog numbers or descriptions of the alternate to permit full and proper evaluation. The alternate bids should be equal to or better than requested specifications. MLGW no longer accepts multiple (more than one) bid (RFQ) submissions; therefore, if a RFQ is mailed to MLGW and not uploaded in Oracle, it will not be considered for evaluation and deemed non-complying to MLGW requirements.
