This project will complete the supply and install of unit interior finishes upgrades to vacant and occupied units, at provincially owned properties, within Calgary. Calgary Housing Company (CHC) manages these properties on behalf of the Province and unit renovations will use CHC standard interior finishes and materials to ensure consistent installation of materials on all CHC managed sites. The work will be completed in vacant or occupied units and may be planned to support concurrent performance of the work to ensure all units are completed to the satisfaction of CHC. Work in scope should be completed in the shortest amount of time possible. All work will be managed by CHC.
