Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of roof replacement and repairs as indicated on drawings and specified herein at the UCPS Facilities Bldg, Roof 1,01, 201 Venus Street Monroe, NC 28112 - Removal of existing ballast stone, built-up bituminous membrane roofing, and insulation to structural deck. - Removal of existing coping, scuppers, and metal work as indicated on drawings. - Installation of new adhered rigid insulation system, both tapered and Bat stock. - Installation of new adhered cover board - Installation of new torch applied (BBS) Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing - Installation of new copings, scuppers and other metal work as indicated on drawings All questions relating to this project shall be directed to the Procurement Lead identified above in the form of an email no later than 2:00 PM, January 24, 2025. Answers will be provided to all bidders in the form of an addendum. submitted in the manner indicated below: facilitiesbids@ucps.k12.nc.us UCPS reserves the right to award this project in a method considered to be most advantageous. This includes the right to issue single award, multiple awards, or reject all bids. UCPS is not required to award a contract.
