Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of replacement of the thermal, air and waterproofing barrier of the roof section. Demolition of existing materials, flashings, parapets and cladding to the soffit on building faces or adjacent roof sections. Recladding the newly framed parapet walls along perimeter with new cladding and cap flashings. Coordination with existing mechanical condenser and roof seated gas line are also included.
