Project Description the Scope of Work Includes Providing All Labor, Materials, Machinery, Tools, Equipment and Other Means of Construction Necessary for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Improvements, Interior Renovations, Restroom Renovation, Replacement of Existing Casework, Lighting Replacement, and Replacement of Interior Doors, Frames and Hardware. Project Schedule the Work is to Be Performed at Briargate Elementary School, 100 Wulff Street, in Cary, Illinois. Work is Scheduled to Take Place From June 2025 Through August 2025. Each Bid Submission Must Include a Bid Form, Certification of Non-collusion, Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid, a Fully Executed Contractor Qualification Statement (Aia Form A305) and All Requested Documentation Confirming the Contractor Meets All District Bid Qualifications. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Construction Performance and Payment Bonds in the Full Amount of the Contract. The Cary Community Consolidated School District 26 Board of Education is Not Obligated to Accept the Lowest or Any Other Bid and Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities and Irregularities in Bidding Procedures and to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder, or to Accept Any Bid That in It's Sole Opinion Best Serves the Interests of the School District, as Determined by the District.
