Reference Number : 0000372101 Scope: The Scope of Services requires proposers to provide all necessary design services to facilitate the renovations/modernization of the Crest Theatre Auditorium (including backstage areas and dressing rooms). The Consultant will prepare project implementation documents including plans, specifications, permits, and project cost estimates in accordance with City policies, procedures, standards, and requirements for the interior upgrades/modernization (first and second floors), to include but not limited to the auditorium, stage, backstage areas, dressing rooms, bathrooms, corridors, balcony, lighting/sound and their associated control rooms, follow spot booth, and all other adjacent areas as may be necessary to ensure full operation of the facility.
