Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lachine, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and bridge / tunnel.

Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the facilities of Lachine station of the Vaudreuil-Hudson railway line. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the two existing platforms and the entrance structures of the Lachine station by new full-length platforms with addition of new shelters and realization of necessary corrective measures in the pedestrian tunnel including lighting, security equipment, intelligent transport systems and signage. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. The completion of the final preliminary design revealed an additional scope of work to be carried out that will delay the project implementation. Construction is not anticipated before 2028. Further updates are expected in late 2026/early 2027. Note. The firm Norda Stelo has prepared concept and functional and technical program of the project.
