Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lachine, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and bridge / tunnel.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the facilities of Lachine station of the Vaudreuil-Hudson railway line. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the two existing platforms and the entrance structures of the Lachine station by new full-length platforms with addition of new shelters and realization of necessary corrective measures in the pedestrian tunnel including lighting, security equipment, intelligent transport systems and signage. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. According to the owner's scheduling working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026, tender for the general contractor being expected in summer/fall of the same year. Note. The firm Norda Stelo has prepared concept and functional and technical program of the project.
