The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) intends to procure Manhole Covers Pricing shall include delivery F.O.B. DFW International Airport, 3122 East 30th Street, DFW Airport, Texas 75261. The Airport Board is tax exempt. Questions Due Date: Jan 14th 2025, 11:00 AM CST - online The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board (Board) is seeking quotes for Manhole Covers as specified herein. A. Suppliers must be prepared, if requested by the Airport Board, to fully demonstrate that the proposed products are equivalent to the referenced products and capable of achieving the desired results. Such demonstration(s) shall be made solely at the Supplier's expense in a manner best representative of the requirements to be met, and at a schedule convenient to the Airport Board. B. The Manhole Covers shall be a new, current model. C. Any quantity stated herein is an estimated quantity. The Airport Board reserves the right to purchase more or less than the estimated quantity of any or all the items listed in the Request for Quote as it deems to be in its best interest. D. The Board intends to award a purchase order(s) to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder(s). The Board reserves the right to split the award and issue multiple purchase orders that is in the Boards best interest. E. Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (attached) shall apply to any Purchase Order placed as a result of this Request for Quote. F. Quotes shall be valid for 60 days A. Manhole Covers: 1.
