Renovation of a municipal facility in Radford, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS) is a public provider of behavioral health services to residents of the New River Valley. The agency serves children, adults, and families by providing community-based programs for mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance use disorders, and related prevention services. NRVCS is requesting bids for interior demo, and renovation of existing restrooms, flooring, plumbing, and painting All properly submitted bids will be reviewed and evaluated for services to be provided along with the total cost of the project beginning 03/04/25 If negotiations are needed this will begin on 03/04/25. Submittals may be asked for at this time for comparison if not already submitted with the bid Final negotiations will end by 03/14/25 and finalization of contract with awarded bidder will need to be completed by 03/21/25 Start date will be discussed and decided on during negotiations along with payment schedule Please see amendment 3-b for additional information pertaining to the fixtures required in restrooms
