"In today's market, time is money," Aldridge said. "So there's got to be more collaboration between developers, industries and all that with the towns and counties. When you're talking about a development that not long ago would take you 24 months to carry through the process, versus if it is now taking the 48 to 60 months to carry through the process, all of those costs associated with that end up getting rolled into the final product."
