**As of March 31, 2025, the project was awarded to Onyx Paving Company Inc, with an awarded amount of $6,006,007.50.** Scope of Work. As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete street improvements within various City neighborhoods. The Work includes excavation and reconstruction of asphalt pavement failed areas, placement and compaction of asphalt rubberized concrete (ARHM), cape seal and slurry seal, reconstruction of ADA curb ramps, concrete repairs, adjustment to grade of utility covers, signage and striping.
