Renovation of an educational facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided in the Project Manual. Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the conditions of employment to be observed State of Montana2025 Prevailing Wage Rates will be required under the Contract. This project also requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid until sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids.
