NC Licensed Engineer stamped shop drawings and design calculations, certified for 140 mph wind load. Shop drawings shall include general framing plan, truss or beam profiles, loads and fabrication details for all wood members and steel assemblies. Must also indicate dimensions, wood grades, drilled holes, fasteners, and cambers. Supplier must be a company specializing in the design and fabrication of shelters with a minimum of five (5) years documented experience. Delivery and complete installation of shelter to include footings and slab, as required. NC Licensed Engineer stamped shop drawings and design calculations, certified for 140 mph wind load. Shop drawings shall include general framing plan, truss or beam profiles, loads and fabrication details for all wood members and steel assemblies. Must also indicate dimensions, wood grades, drilled holes, fasteners and cambers. The main structural beams and/or trusses are to be fabricated and assembled to the fullest extent possible in a plant for facilities for performing work specified. Factory drill all holes to the extent possible using steel as templates. Rendering of final product shall be provided with quote for consideration and anticipated installation schedule. Work to be performed during normal hours of operation 7am to 6pm. Major Milestones: Sealed drawing of structure and slab-2 weeks from contract award.
