A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Qualifications from design professionals to provide design and construction administration services for its Districtwide Improvements Project. Project Location: Various locations throughout the District The Project is anticipated to include the design and construction of the following improvements: a. Construction of a Performance Arts Center (anticipated cost of work: $7,129,750, anticipated total construction costs: $8,013,364). b. Construction of a Fieldhouse (anticipated cost of work: $3,971,000, anticipated total construction costs: $4,597,788). c. Miscellaneous Improvements (anticipated cost of work: $2,151,750, anticipated total construction costs: $2,514,987): i. Relocation of existing Baseball and Softball Fields; ii. Construction of three new Tennis Courts; iii. Various paving improvements including but not limited to parking and relocating the entry drive at Canal Winchester High School; iv. Relocation of existing Maintenance Barn; and v. Relocation of existing above ground fuel pumps. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to Nick Roberts, Treasurer/ CFO, at nroberts@cwls.us by 5:00 p.m., 5 calendar days prior to the submittal deadline
