The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for tenant improvement construction services, as outlined in the attached drawings and specifications package. The following scope overview below is intended as a high-level summary only: Learning Centre Exterior sidewalk demolition and new sidewalk for accessibility including new automatic door operator for main entrance door. Suite interior demolition, new construction and alterations are required to suit the new floor plan. This includes some demolition, new drywall and glass partition walls, modification to existing and new; electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, reflected ceiling plan, floor and wall finishes, new hardware, doors, millwork, etc. Exterior Washroom New interior drywall walls (full assembly), modification to existing and new; electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, reflected ceiling plan, floor and wall finishes, new hardware and washroom accessories. etc. according to the design and specifications.
