ombined Synopsis Solicitation - 36C78625Q50097 - Tree Removal for Bath & Woodlawn National Cemeteries -- S208 The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide tree removal, stump grinding, and pruning services at Bath National Cemetery and Woodlawn National Cemetery in New York. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation. RFQ QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, via email, no later than 12:00 pm EST, Friday, January 17, 2025. No questions will be accepted after this time. Questions pertaining to this announcement shall be sent by email to: sarah.poole1@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Amendments will be issued to answer all questions that are submitted. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): Quotes are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 pm EST on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Email responses to Sarah.Poole1@va.gov. Responses to this announcement will result in a FFP contract. The Government intends to make award without discussions. It is the responsibility of the Quoter to submit their best pricing at the time quotes are due. The Government will not reimburse for the site visit. If you plan to attend the site visit/inspection of both cemeteries, there is one schedule for Bath National Cemetery on Wednesday, January 15, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. EST, followed by a site visit at Woodlawn National Cemetery on January 15, 2024 @ 2:00 pm EST. * No additional site-visits or individual tours will be scheduled. CONTRACT DATES: The period of performance will be 180 days after the contract award date.
