The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about May 19, 2025. All work under this contract shall be completed by August 14, 2026. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I- 88) at Mile Post 127.7 in DuPage County, Illinois and Veterans Memorial Tollway (1-355) at Mile Post 22.0 in DuPage County, Illinois. The work under this contract includes removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and accessories; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work as required for reroofing; demolition and renovation of various rooms at the facility; installation of a fire suppression system, fire detection system, and fire alarm system; installation of floor drain and plumbing fixtures; demolition of existing condensing units and air handling units; installation of new HVAC equipment; installation of a new natural gas generator and associated transfer switch; modification of the electrical power distribution system and construction of a new open-air pre-engineered metal building.
