The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for hazardous waste disposal and environmental remediation services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The Authority is seeking to acquire all labor (including all licenses and certifications required for a particular task), materials and equipment to perform required operations in connection with disposal of hazardous waste and environmental remediation services, in accordance with the Contract Documents and Statement of Work. This Solicitation and the Attachments listed in Section VIII, which are incorporated into the Solicitation by reference, set forth the terms and conditions that govern the Solicitation, as well as, those that will become binding upon execution of the Contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation.
