This project is aimed at restoring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the stair tower while ensuring long-term protection against rust and environmental wear. Bidders are encouraged to provide the most cost-effective solution based on the specifications below. Specifications 1. Scope of Work: o Rust spots must be removed and repaired using Amerlock. o Pressure wash all surfaces using chemicals and high-pressure water to remove calcium deposits and hard water spots. o Prime and paint all metal surfaces of the stair tower using PSX-700 marine paint. o Safety red will be the required color for all painted surfaces. o Important: Grey stair treads are excluded from painting. 2. Stair Tower Details o 39 steps total. o Tower height: 27 feet to the top of the railing. 3. Materials: o Use Amerlock for rust spot repairs. o PSX-700 marine paint for all primed surfaces. 4.
