GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. The asphalt plant which will produce the required mix may be inspected and approved by the County Engineer's Office. 2. Tickets from certified scales shall be issued for each load from the bidder's plant. 3. The engineer reserves the right to place an inspector at the plant to sign and certify scale tickets. 4. The County reserves the right to cancel contract to purchase at any time for justifiable cause. Further, contract to purchase may be canceled for any other reasons by either party upon 30 days written notice. PREPARATION OF PROPOSALS No changes shall be made in the phraseology of the forms. Written amounts shall govern in cases of discrepancy between the amounts stated in writing and the amounts stated in figures.
