The Agency requests qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the project listed above. Any questions concerning this solicitation must be addressed to the Agency Project Coordinator listed above. The Town of Pamplico and SCOR seek to: • Upsize and replace existing pipes with 24”-48” RCP throughout project area. • Add additional catch basins to capture surface water along Hickory Street. • Crossing improvements at S. Walnut Street. • Channel improvements behind properties along W. 2nd Avenue from S. Walnut Street to the outfall. As of November 6, 2025, design stage through June 2026. Bid for construction July 2026, with construction completion October 2027. Engineering team has not been identified.
