Bids that do not include an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Disclosure statement as defined in Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012 will not be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to Northville Public Schools in an amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid as a bid guarantee. Bids that do not include the bid guarantee will not be accepted. If school is closed on the pre-bid meeting date, the meeting will be held the next business calendar day at the same time and location. Withdrawal of any bid is prohibited for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to reject a bid not accompanied by the required bid guarantee, or by other data required by the RFB documents and Michigan law or to reject a bid which is in any way non-compliant with the bid requirements.
