Phase 82 Water Main Improvements, Olney, Claremont & Bonpas Townships, Richland County. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 29,030 lineal feet of 4-inch, and 50,610 lineal feet of 6-inch, water main extensions, and all related appurtenances, in three service areas within Richland County, Illinois. Water mains will be extended along the following segments: the North Frontage Road of US Route 50, east of Olney; Meridian Road, from Antioch to Radio Tower Lanes, with short spurs on Antioch and Dayton Lanes; Crest Haven Road, from Antioch to Mt. Pleasant Lanes; Mt. Pleasant Lane, from Crest Haven to Wood River Roads; Wood River Road, from Mt. Pleasant Lane to County Road 675 N; Countryside Lane, from Wood River to Stringtown Roads, with a short spur on Springtown Road; Memphis Road, from County Road 675 N to Ebenezer Lane; Ebenezer Lane, from Nashville to Oaktree Roads; Nashville Road, from Ebenezer to Gallagher Lanes; Oaktree Road, from Ebenezer Lane to Cleaver Road; Cleaver Road, from Oaktree Road to west of Shell Road; Shell Road, from Cleaver Road to Elbow Lane, and a short spur on Elbow Lane. Pre-bid Conference -N/A A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Richland County, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Specifically, the Contractor shall complete and return the Intent to Comply with Section 3 Requirements with their submitted Bid.
