The West Virginia Division of Highways is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for roadway maintenance and repair projects at various project sites throughout the State of West Virginia, to include all materials, equipment, and labor by the Vendor to perform ditch maintenance and repair, pipe repair and replacement, and asphalt pavement patching and repair. This contract is intended to supplement the WVDOH work force for such maintenance work.
