Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents may email a question until 5:00 p.m. on March 25 , 2025, A. Work of this Contract comprises a limited scope interior renovations of the restroom facilities on 3 levels of the ADAMH building. B. Work generally consists of the following Work: 1. Interior restroom upgrades on three levels in the building including Men's and Women's restroom facilities. This work includes selective demolition of interior construction in the restroom including plumbing fixtures, partitions, toilet accessories, and all finishes in the restrooms. 2. New finishes include metal framed and gypsum board partitions, acoustical ceilings, tiling, painting, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, countertops and interior signage. 3. New plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems within the areas of the remodeled restrooms and within the scope of the work. 4. All other work identified in the contract documents. C. The work of this Project is shown on the Drawings and described in Divisions 0-49 of the Specifications. D. Should discrepancies or omissions be found from the Drawings or Specifications, or in doubt as to their meaning, notify the Architect. In submitting his/her proposal, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Contract documents are entirely adequate and sufficient to provide for the completion of the Work, and include all work, whether or not shown or described, which reasonably may be inferred to be required or useful for the completion of the Work. E. All temporary and permanent utilities shall be provided by Contractor until Substantial Completion and a Temporary Occupancy Permit is obtained. F. Contractor must obtain approved Certificate of Occupancy prior to final Punch List and Owner's occupancy of the remodeled areas.
