Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, this work consists of: Installing ADA-compliant and traffic-rated 12-foot-wide concrete access trail from the existing asphalt trail to the pump station, for access to pump station and start of the trail. Including the partial removal of the existing articulated block access driveway and tying the concrete access trail to the existing access drive as shown on Sheet 6 of the plans. Installing ADA compliant 5-foot-wide concrete trail from the 12-foot wide traffic rated trail to the bottom of the toe of the detention pond with a toe wall as shown on Sheet 6 of the plans. The side of the trail closest to the detention pond shall be flush with the existing grade and the opposite side will have a concrete retaining wall where the top of the wall shall be flush with the existing grade of the detention pond. Grading of the site including the detention pond and any disturbed areas pre-construction conditions for the installation of the concrete trail. Implementing, maintaining and removing traffic control plan and storm water pollution prevention plan. Landscaping along the trail in locations to be coordinated with the Engineer and approved by the Owner. Site restoration including restoring all disturbed areas from construction and haul route, removing and replacing damaged asphalt trail, gravel access roads, street pavement, curbs, sidewalks, fences, plants, shrubs, sod and fences as required.
