Furnishing Fall River County Highway Department for a Period of 1 Year for the Following Materials: 1. Price Per Ton for 3/4" Gravel Aggregate Base Course 2. Price Per Ton for Limestone Ledge Rock Base Course The Purpose of This Bid is to Establish a Contract to Furnish the Articles or Commodities Specified, as Required by the Fall River County Highway Department. Fall River County Does Not Guarantee the Purchase of Any Minimum or Maximum Quantity During the Term of the Contract. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Fall River County Highway Department. A bid bond will not be required. All materials shall meet the South Dakota Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications for Road and Bridges 2015 Edition. The General Specification/Contract should also be signed and returned to accompany the bid. (These can be obtained at the Fall River County Highway Dept. or mailed to Bidders upon request at 605-745-5137). The Successful Bidder will then be mailed a copy of this Contract once signed by the Fall River County Commission and Fall River County Auditor.
