Renovation of an educational facility in Stanfield, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: January 22, 2025 Exterior weatherization improvements at Stanfield ES, Buildings 1001, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, and 1012. The overall scope of work includes but is not limited to: . Removal and replacement of all exterior sealants at wall through penetrations, control joints, expansion joints at building perimeter, perimeters of all windows, and door frames at masonry walls Minor grading and excavation work at building perimeters adjacent to landscaped areas to improve & maintain positive drainage away from the building. Repair and waterproof stem walls 12" below grade. Power wash all exterior surfaces including masonry walls and remove efflorescence. Paint all exterior surfaces with an approved elastomeric coating system per the manufacturer's specifications. Replace windows and doors per plan. Point tuck masonry, block fill and installation of elastomeric paint as specified. Repair cracks in stucco walls per plans. Paint as specified 1.2. Background Bring your subcontractors with you to this prebid. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site as it is an occupied campus. Question Submission Deadline:January 22, 2025, 12:00pm
