Huntington Street. There is an existing perimeter block wall around the site. Existing electrical wires, fiber optic data cables, and conduit are connected to the existing wall onsite. Attached to the portion of wall parallel to Huntington St. is existing electrical, fiber optic data, and conduit. This project scope includes the disconnection of existing electrical, data wire/cable, and conduit from the wall. The new wire and cable infrastructure must be installed in an underground utility trench. The project scope must include furnishing and installing, testing, and commissioning new wire and multi-modal fiber optic cable. An electrical panel and transformer must be furnished, installed, and tested at the site. The scope of work includes the concrete material specifications, mix documents, and testing. Other Details Required Qualifications and Experience: The construction contractor must have Class A and/or C-10 licensees that are registered as State of California contractors. The selected contractor team must have five (5) years of experience in constructing electrical and fiber optic improvements per NEC standards. These improvements must include at least equipping electrical and multi-modal fiber optic construction, associated conduit construction, installation/disassembly of electrical and communication infrastructure, and associated electrical power infrastructure.
