Renovation of a residential development in Perry, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The purpose of asking questions during the site visit is to obtain clarification to the enclosed Project Scope. In the event that modifications are needed to the Project Scope, the modifications will be distributed by the FLDDSO Business Office to all contractors. Contractors are to prepare and submit their quotes based on the written Project Scope and any modifications made in writing. The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Kitchen Renovation at our Lakeview IRA located at 3660 Walker Rd, Perry, NY 14530. Contractor will be responsible to attend the mandatory site visit to take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 @ 11:30am to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend this site visit. Vendors may also be disqualified from bidding if they arrive late to the site visit. CR Number: 2124863 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit Final Date for Receipt of Questions: August 21, 2025 This is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid. There is a mandatory site visit on August 19, 2025 @ 11:30am Contract term: Thirty (30) days after completion of project. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No DESCRIPTION: The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 90 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of Kitchen Renovation, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1.
