A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Phase 1 Park and Trail Development This project encompasses conversion of dry detention to wet bottom pond, drainage improvements, addition of a concrete trail system, and park amenities in accordance with the MUD 3 Master Plan Question Deadline 02/25/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Landscape Architect not less than ten (10) calendar days before the Bid opening. Scope of Work for the Construction Contract, including all material, labor, and supervision or incidentals, will entail: Excavation for a wet bottom pond, Clay liner, Soil separation and Stockpiling, Soil placement in lifts, Selective Grading and Site Drainage, Wetlands construction, Bridges and Boardwalks on helical piers, Site lighting and electrical service, Site Utilities, Cast-in-Place concrete retaining walls, Concrete flatwork, Playground and Site Amenities, Planting, and Irrigation. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the successful bidder. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid.
