RFQs received after the deadline will not be considered for the award of the contract and shall be considered void and unacceptable. RFQs will not be accepted by telephone or facsimile machine. The scope shall include appropriate wayfinding, signage, sufficient lighting for security, vertical access including an elevator (one future elevator shaft), security cameras, and parking technology infrastructure only to support better parking management if so, required in the future.
