Plans call for renovation of the rental hall restrooms. Selective demo, clean exisitng floor slab for new finishes, concrete patch back, masonry, misc. metals, finish trim carpentry, metal stud framing, ACT, drywall, doors / frames / hardware, LVT, Vinyl Base, Ceramic Tile, Paint, restroom accessories (including toilet partitions), mechanical, electrical, plumbing Scope of Work A hard copy set of prints can be picked up at 180 State Park Dr. Bay City, MI 48706 between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Thursday. The renovation will be conducted per the attached sealed architectural prints and include: Demolition of the existing bathroom structures and fixtures. Installation of all new fixtures, tiles, plumbing, electrical work, and associated features as detailed in the prints. Compliance with all local building codes and regulations. Final cleaning of the renovated space to ensure readiness for use upon project completion
