Replacement of all existing lighting control devices connected to the existing Douglas Lighting Control System within the Skilled Trades and Technology Centre. Addition of integral occupancy sensors to all suspended linear light fixtures in the basement/crawlspace. Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after the equipment has been installed. Electrical Contractor scope of work: 1 Occupancy sensors are provided to allow for continuous light level control on an occupancy basis, while daylight sensors are provided and integrated with Networked Lighting Control System to allow for daylight harvesting. 2 Networked Lighting Control System shall provide Building Automation System (BAS) with data points and information such as area occupancy, lighting level and lighting fixture status. 3 Integration with Intelligent Building Platform: Networked Lighting Control System to be c/w BACnet/IP communication protocol. 2 Building System Integrator scope of work: 1 Building Automation System (BAS) shall provide graphic visualization of the Networked Lighting Control System on the UUI (unified user interface) including: lighting levels and the status of lighting fixtures, ability to dim/control fixtures/zones, reporting tools; system activity, faulty fixtures, power usage (customizable). This contractor and/or the associated supplier shall include labour and material allowances for the following; 1 Test and confirm the integrity of all data points originating from this system and being integrated to the BAS. 2 Provide the Building System Integrator contractor with the final addressing information for all data points being integrated. 3 Work with the Building System Integrator contractor to ensure all the integrated data is read properly into the BAS. Bids are to be accompanied by security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in amount of not less than 10 percent of Bid price.
