Cutten Road Lift Station Improvements furnishing all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following Question Deadline 01/27/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions is online. Scope . Removal & Disposal of all existing pumps, valves, and piping within existing wet/dry well . Installation of new duplex submersible pumps, valves, and piping . Clean, coat, and seal walls and seams of interior of existing wet/dry well . Structural modification and conversion from wet/dry well to a complete wet well . Remove, dispose, and replace all electrical equipment . Remove existing discharge manhole and replace with a new corrosion resistant force main discharge manhole . Provide by-pass pumping Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Prestonwood Forest Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract
